This Week's Moment

Today I watched a young couple walk with their little boy on the beach. They were all holding hands, walking by the water, with their son swinging in the middle. They were smiling and laughing. It was like the afternoon storm paused just so that they could have that moment. I wanted to take a picture to share with You. To show You how beautiful life can be. But that was their moment, not mine. I am happy to have been a small part of the landscape of their beautiful moment. Thank you for sharing it with me.

Super Fudge Brownies

If you are a chocolate lover try these.

Preheat Oven: 325

Ingredients:

• One stick melted butter
• 1/4c vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/4c sugar
• 3/4c dark chocolate cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vailla
• 3/4c All Purpous Flour
• 1/2 to 3/4 or a 12oz bag of dark dark chocolate chips
• 1c walnuts

Directions:

Combine sugar, cocoa powder and flour in a large mixing bowl. Stir in eggs, vanilla, butter, and oil and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.

Bake in an 8in round or 8x8in square nonstick baking pan.

Bake: 30-35min until tooth pick comes out of the center almost clean and allow to cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!
